This is the official Court website for the settlement of Ciabattari v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. et al.  A nationwide settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit regarding premature or uneven wear on certain model year 2004 to early 2006 Toyota Siennas that came factory-equipped with run-flat tires.  The Siennas that came factory-equipped with run-flat tires are the AWD or mobility models.  Click the links below to read the Court-ordered notices, the Settlement Agreement, and Preliminary Approval Order.   Please note that the deadlines in the notices to object and exclude yourself have passed.
